For the first time in history, the Karachi Chefs Association Pakistan team will be competing at the IKA/Culinary Olympics! A big congratulations to this team, we wish you the best of luck in the competition.

Who are we
Provide systematic training in culinary art from the elementary to master chef levels to beginners and professional chefs.
The institute also seeks to provide means for the professionals Chefs to access internationally recognized qualifications in hospitality management, food preparation and food services, thereby enabling them to achieve an international and national career path.

Connection between World Association of Chefs Societies and KICA
KICA aims to disseminate world-class culinary and hospitality education, setting highest standards of quality learning and training in Pakistan. In recognition of its efforts to employ best practices for culinary schooling and apprenticeship, World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) has officially approved KICA as the first best institute for state of the art culinary education and training facility in Pakistan. With this honor, KICA’s prime objective is to maintain its reputation as the hallmark of culinary education in the region.

What we facilitate our students
KICA features small, hands-on classes with attentive, distinguished chef instructors. The Institute has its own state-of-the-art food production unit, including a training kitchen, bakery; learning resource centre and latest IT facilities.
With a view to provide real life hands on training to the students, KICA has agreements with renowned and leading hospitality establishments in Karachi.
What’s more? We keep strong emphasis on quality ingredients means that you’ll cook the dishes with ingredients sourced from the same local purveyors who cater to the city’s finest restaurants.
