What you’ll study
This qualification enables students to prepare, sell, store, rotate and replenish fast food items in a variety of retail settings. Student will also learn about important aspects of fast food business such as safe food preparation, maintain hygienic work areas and organize displays.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification but Secondary School Certificate (with Math and English) or equivalent will be preferred. Approved age group is 16+ years.
On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into a wide variety of our certificate and diploma programs to advance their skills and increase employment opportunities.
