What you’ll study
The qualification equips students with basic principles and practices of table set up, customer interaction, food and beverage service, facility re-instating etc. while emphasizing the importance of meeting the needs and, whenever possible, exceeding the expectations of customers.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification but Secondary School Certificate (with Math and English) or equivalent will be preferred. Approved age group is 16+ years.
On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into our Diploma in Food and Beverage Management to advance their skills and increase employment opportunities.
