What you’ll study
This program combines the essentials of front-office management with behind-the-scenes operations of a restaurant. It also provides incumbents knowledge of the application of food safety principles in the food production environment and the ability to design and analyze menus for food service operations.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification but Secondary School Certificate (with Math and English) or equivalent will be preferred. Approved age group is 18+ years.
On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into our Diploma in Hotel Management to advance their skills and increase employment opportunities.
